IDT...putting the T in TEAM

The past few months at our school have been exciting! I have a team!! As our school evolves and searches to find its potential, we needed to find away to empower the talented teachers in our school. To start we have established the Instructional Design Team. This insightful and knowledgeable group of people are working hard to create course consistency that will allow for a more engaging and exciting learning opportunity for our learners! We are working to implement the DLC Design Framework. The framework is based on the ADDIE model with reflection as the constant at each phase of the course design. As we move towards team development we have taken inventory of the interests and talents of our teachers. Acknowledging their strengths and interests will help build even more capacity in our school. Exciting times I tell ya!
